I didn't care for what I've seen out there for storage and sure didn't like the prices starting around $120 for a simple box....

So I found and mounted my own for under $40 bucks and I will hold a helmet. I found a Stanley 29 inch FatMax tool box. Its very thick plastic and it has a GASKET in the lid.

I coated some "J" hooks and drilled a few mounting holes, used a few Fender Washers for strenght and it worked out great.

good idea! Have to let us know how it holds up after some abuse.
