Default radiator repair

Hi
i was wondering if anyone has ever tried repairing a aluminum radiator for a ltz 400 and if they know of any products for soldering that work and if it is possible.

honestly only 1 thing i know of works...a tube of radiator stop leak in your system. of that dose not work you will need a new radiator. iv tried fixing car radiators numerous times by welding or braising, never worked 4 me

Default radiator repair

If it is just a crack you could probably take it to a radiator repair shop and have it braised. Unless you know how and have the tools to do that your self.

If the hole is a large one it is probably better to replace it as the beating it will take on the ATV will break it open again.
