Default Eagle Winch won't operate properly

Sorry to bother you all, and it is probably posted elsewhere but I could use some input please. I have an Eagle winch that doesn't seem to be operating properly. After one year of use I already had to replace the rocker switch. That was last year. This year I have had to play with the switch to get the winch to spool in or out. Sometimes it would want to go in the opposite way then what I was trying to accomplish. Now it just plain isn't working other than a clicking sound when depressing the switch. I have started cleaning the contacts on the solinoid and checking to make sure rest of contacts are tight. any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Snow is piling up and shoveling is bad on my back. By the way, winch was installed by dealer as well as having switch replaced. Thanks.

Default Eagle Winch won't operate properly

Thanks for the input. Been busy. Haven't had the time to work on my quad. Ended up borrowing an extra tractor and blade from a cousin around the corner from me. Goes much kicker with the 7' blade and tractor instead of the 4' blade and quad, so I haven't made it a priority yet. Anyway thanks for the input. I will put it to use one summers day.
