ever have a seat come out how do i fix

not sure what you mean, need more info. do you mean the whole seat came off like the latch lever was pulled

Yes I have.
You cut the seat pocket with an oversize cutter and install an oversize seat; regrind the seat and valve.

well tuh duh to me, thanks dt didn't think about that seat. lol just got home from work. guess i was thinking more about sitting my as* down than grinding valves
