Default Hand & Thumb Warmer

I just bought a used Rubicon and the previous owner had installed hand and thumb warmers. They do not work so I removed the plastic to discover that the 4 connectors (female ends) were unhooked and just laying inside the dash. My question is what do they hook into, is there a part missing? I am not sure of the brand, maybe Kimpex.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know it's not much info.

Chances are they should be connected to the male pins on a switch that is powered when the key is turned on. Are there switches on the dash to hook them up to?

There is a toggle switch to turn the warmers on but the connections are different. There are no other switches on the dash.
