kazuma 50cc carb trbl

Default kazuma 50cc carb trbl
Does anyone have a schematic for this type of carb. Seems there is an overflow tube at bottom of float bowl. Wondering if that needs to be attached anywhere?

The overflow tube simply releases fuel if to much fuel is in the carb bowl. You mainly see this happen when the float valve sticks. It can just hang down.

thanks, helping friend, when he told me, suspected either a float sticking or read somewhere this is some screw to tighten
