Unhappy 2006 Kawasaki Prarie won't start after setting winter

It hasn't been drove since last fall, now the thing won't start, well it started the other day but then it flooded, and turned off, after that it won't start been several days, whenever I turn the key to on, and hit the starter button it sounds like its gonna start cause it makes the noise its supposed right before its supposed to start idling. Battery is completely charged, and it is getting gas. and I have used the choke, in all different positions. The first time I started it, I did have the choke completely open though.

You will most likely need to clean the carb. Untreated fuel sitting in the carb over a period of time will cause issues, such as the the ones described in your post. A good cleaning should get you up and running.
