Baja 50 ATV Magneto

Baja 50 ATV Magneto
I have replaced -coil-CDI and checked kill switches,still no spark,so that would leave the magneto,suspect trigger not sending a signal to the CDI?
With my multimeter what should i be looking for with the wiring from the magneto.Should i be looking for voltage AC i would think and resistance in ohms. Also what each wire do'es. I have a wiring diagram the only problem is the wires are not colour coded.Is there a history with the ignition switches for these ATV's?.How can i tell if the motor is a 50cc or 90cc job.
