Im new to owning a used Twister Hammerhaed; that has one issue. The Hammerhead goes into forward and reverse gears smoothly. When you give it gas; it will go very slow and almost sound like the belt is slipping. Is this possible? or could it be the clutch? what else should I check? Thank you.

 

It can be a bad belt or a loose clutch or maybe even the throttle linkidge but its probably one of the first 2.
