02 polaris trailblazer 250 clutch removal

Default 02 polaris trailblazer 250 clutch removal

Is there any way to take the clutch out without using a puller, i need to replace a bushing and dont want to spend alot of money on a tool im only gonna use once

Need the puller for the drive clutch or you can damage it by using jaw type pullers,etc. Just takes a 3/4" by 16 thread pitch bolt from a hardware store if you don't want to buy a std puller.Rear clutch generally just pulls off with no problems,but pullers are available for them also.
