sportsman 700 crank swap

Default sportsman 700 crank swap

I have a 2004 sportsman 700.i have put the 800 crank and pistons in it.i can not get it to start.wondering if I'm missing something on the build.any help would be great.i have spark.have 180 psi in each cyilinder and getting wet plugs..

If you're still using the 700 ecu and electronics that may be the problem. Engines are very similar,but even with it having spark it may not be programmed right. This is where Digital Wrench would help. Heard of one other person that did this and this is what he had to do.
