I have a MASSIMO 400 that is a 2008 model... I have tested the connections on the motor and to be sure I was correct, I used jumper cables and jumpered pos-pos, neg-neg... I still get the same result as when I use the winch controller. When I did this it makes a buzzing/whining sound and the motor does nothing... I have tried googling everything and cannot figure out any type of test procedures... Is there anything else I can test here?

Please any help would be great
