How are they running? I'm guessing something doesn't feel right or why would you be asking. Because these are larger than stock and both machines are modified there is no real baseline so asking what your jetting should be is a tough one. You may find some success on a banshee specific site with similar modes...but the porting (amount of) can make a big difference.

If you don't have an A/F pipe sniffer then you can always do a plug chop (at least to get the main close)...if you are unfamiliar let me know and I'll walk you through it...

an a/f sniffer is a wideband o2 detector...it measures the a/f ratio...that's what a dyno shop/mechanic would use.

The best way to tell if you're lean/rich at the main is to do a plug chop:
1) warm the machine up
2) find a long stretch of open ground
3) run it at WOT for a good ways
4) while at WOT kill the engine and release throttle at same time
5) pull the plugs...looking for tan color like cardboard...if whitish go up 2 jet sizes...if darker go down 1 jet size...running a little rich (darker) is ok, running lean is not ok...

this takes patience and time...you may find the 160's are ok...you may not...but you need a baseline to work from before doing anything!!!

You think is normal for both machines to have a 160 main?

Well...you THINK the other one has porting...so I can't say one way or the other.

I think it best that you find out what's really going on...that's what I think...
