Made a new moldboard for My sons snow plow for His four wheeler, the plastic one had busted. While working that one over I got to thinking, this may not be too difficult. I used 3/16ths for the moldboard and took the metal to a local fab shop and had them make the bend lengthwise.. Went back after I got the pivot cut and had them bend up the ears on it. The shop charged Me only twenty bucks to bend the mold board and nothing to bend the ears on the pivot.

In all I think I had about two hundred in the plow, I did have the box tube and some other metal on hand though. My guestimation would be about 275 for the entire plow if a person had to buy all the metal.
