Post Stumped

Having just introduced myself, I have about 40 questions, lol. I have just replaced the wiring harness, stator, starter and electrical components -- rectifier, CDI box, starter relay, coil and plug-- on a Yongkang Easy Vehicle mini-quad 110 cc, it is not starting or even clicking. I have it on a jump pack as the battery is weak. It does have a rear tethered safety switch which has no colour matching connector on the new harness so I'm wondering if that is creating an issue. I have no colour matched wires so don't know where to connect it. I would like to remove it altogether. I seem to have a model that is not covered in the many videos I've watched. It has dual exhaust, and only a lever brake, no foot brake. I turn the key in the new ignition, put the new kill switch in start position, hold the brake lever, and NOTHING. Any ideas of what to look for? Many thanks and I hope I haven't breached any protocol.
