400ex 416 carb

i putting a 416 or 426 big bore with a 10:1 compression an a stage 2 cam do i have to do any thing with carb with this set up

rejet, some people upgrade to a 450r carb (and rejet).

ATV Riders Forum - installed the 450R carb and WOW.....!!!

probably could google that for more imfo
