I know my bi-fold is a little snug. Found other uses for it at camp: Ladder, and laid out across the bed rails of the truck. Makes a great cooking table. Just need some thin plywood now to make it solid.

Ya gotta improvise when you don't have much truck to haul with. GMC Sonoma.

yep,,,,it makes a great camp ladder

I also put it in the trailer at an angle against the wall and use it as a drying rack for wet riding gear,,,,along with the heater

Just to followup on my previous post about the harbor freight tri-fold ramp. I recieved it earlier this week. VERY nice ramp for the money. Very sturdy and well built. The only problem I ran into is when folded it is to tall to slide up under my quad (hits the rear skid plate). So I am going to sell it to my brother who has a Foreman and purchase the bi-fold.
well,,,my bifold doesnt fit between the tires on my rappy or my scrambler,,,,,if it were only 1 inch narrower

Just to clarify I was referring to the clearance between my truck bed and the bottom of the skid plate(its too tall when folded). No problems fitting between the tires. Its only about 18" wide when folded.

I bought a tri-fold ramp, 69"x 50" from an outfit on ebaY. It was the best deal I have seen. The identical product at 3 of my local shops were at about $190 with one being over $200. I paid $100 plus $25 shipping to my door. They are very well made and a steal at that price. Check this link, they also do other sizes.

Here's the best deal going. $79.99 for a tri-fold aluminum ramp rated at 1500lbs., plus they ship any order over $50.00 for free. There is a handling charge added on, which I believe is about $10.00, but still the best deal I've seen.

The draw back to those Harbor Freight ramps is that they are only 45" wide. That's probably no biggy for a sport quad but both of my Polaris Sportsman have a rear tire width of about 50 inches outside to outside. That cuts it way to close for my liking because there is no margin for error if you get a little off kilter on your way up or down.

I think I am going to get this ramp, I like it, and I want something that won't hurt paddle tires driving it up and down the ramp. Is the price on this too pricey, or think it would be a good deal? Thanks again !!!!! http://forums.atvconnection.com/mess...hreadid=405044 I have a raptor, and tire width is 44, so 50 should give me enough room. Thanks everyone!
