I will probaly do that it has the locking washer on one side, but my dad's has it on both side's. Now I am not sure if they are all suppost to have that on both sides or not, anyways I will check into

On my WD Hitch the locking washers are on the top bolt only, one on each side. I got my WD Hitch at U-Haul. If you need instructions, I could scan mine and then e-mail to you.

 

thanks for the offer, I was able to find some instructions online and print them out of one of the manufacturers web sites. But I have to go back to the dealer because I only have one of those locking washers! So I will need to get the other one!
