Those mileages seem REALLY low for a truck, esp. if it was used commercially. They are 17-18 years old. The second one, or any 6.2L GM diesel, stay away from. Unless you plan on swapping the engine for a 350 or larger gas motor. They were a poor excuse for a diesel. Prone to problems.

Id stay away from any chevy diesel, but that's just me. I'd be really weary about that mileage, doesn't seem accurate. As far as the one with the rebuilt motor, I would make him show you paperwork and then double-check with the shop that did the work. Also, a 4WD with that many miles, especially a work truck, may have issues. Be sure to check everything, and if you don't know what to look for, seek a good mechanic to look it over first. Also, as far as rust, be sure to look that over real good. You don't want a snow plow vehicle with rust holes in the floor already.
