Hitch for my 3/4 ton truck... help me out!!
So nobody here thinks an adjustable ball hitch is a good choice>>????
I already have a small flatbed trailer (under 500 lbs) that I have used for towing 1-2 ATVs on for a few years now.
In addition to this, I will be getting a larger enclosed (car hauler/snowmobile type hauler) trailer.
Seems like I could kill 2 birds with one stone if I were to get an adjustable type ball hitch for the Dodge, and be able to pull both trailers??
Any thoughts on this??

Buck,
I'd agree that the B&W looks like the best, strongest adjustable hitch system I have seen. I can see how it would be great for someone who tows a bunch of different trailers. For someone with just one trailer, though, one regular hitch that is correct for that trailer still makes sense to me.
2Fun, an equalizing hitch is also called a weight distributing hitch. Essentially it has a couple of spring steel bars that reduce some of the squat of the tow vehicle. Here's an example.

You need to get your trailer picked out, first, though before you will know if you need one, or just a regular ball...
