Enclosed Trailer Tires

Enclosed Trailer Tires
Hi Everyone,
I went to purchase a 6x16 enclosed tandem trailer from a local dealer...and apparently it is an odd size. They had 6x14...or 7x16...so long story short...I had to order it. Should take 5 or 6 weeks to get in.
My question...is that it comes with bias tires...and I am wondering if I need to replace them immediately? Or just use them...until they wear out?
I don't plan on putting a lot of miles on the trailer...but one never knows.
So...any experience with bias over radial? I'm all ears...

Actually...I don't know the exact size...or load rating. I do know they are 15"...and that is about it.
YES...I totally agree about caring for the tires. I always make sure before towing that my tires are properly aired...and will have a hard time overloading the new enclosed trailer. It has a GVWR at 7000 lbs...and my cargo will consist of 2ea 2011 Sportsman XP Touring's. Plus some equipment. No way I'll reach the 4000+ payload limits.
But I do appreciate you mentioning the weight concerns. It adds to this thread for other folks that might come across this info.
I hope the bias will work for my needs...but time will tell. If they do not track well...or have a tendency to cause the trailer sway...then off they come and on go radials.

I sure hope so. But...if I'll just keep a close eye on the bias tires...and any issues...I'll buy some quality radials. I believe safety first...
I'm just so excited to get the call that the trailer is in...and ready for me to pick it up. Once that happens...then off to my Polaris dealer to purchase the two touring machines.
