Exactly Crazy real estate world out there

our market is hyper too. i read an article that claimed world-wide there's inflated house pricing, and it's just a big balloon waiting for a pin. hey, when interest rates are at 60 year lows, i guess that's gonna happen. the moment they spike up, it's gonna be scary.
Just like in the early 90's It is scary.

And what did you post that didn't make it through the filter

We were in our house for 12 yrs. I never really thought about it...but that a lot of crap to move. The good thing about moving is, you finally get rid and weed out all the crap you have been holding on to.

One good thing that came from our move was my mom decided all old furniture had to go and new stuff was going to take its place in the new house. So really we did have that much big/heavy stuff to move. But we all got new bedroom furniture ..Ill be sure she hooks you up

Hmmm. This market is so wacked. I've read a lot of the news about the real estate market being like the Dot Com Bubble in the 90s.

The people who took out interest only loans could be a in REAL world of hurt. Only protection they would have is if they have fixed mortgages with a low rate. Rates are up over a point this last year.
Look where the dot.com bubble got us as a state When the housing market burst it will hit a lot of individuals Something like 78% of the homes in the bay area are interest only loans in the central valley, I think it's around 18%. Still crazy

We've been here for 16 years So, we gotsalot of stuff to move

And I like the roll-away tub does a roll-away spa work I gots one of them
I've moved enough times I should be a pro. Last time we didn't have much packed when we started. So I was taking stuff over a load at a time in my truck. Though we've been pretty stable the last few places (2.75 yrs current, 5 years and 3 years) we used to move about once a year or so. Blech. We got smart and ended up buying boxes from Home Depot, etc. Then everything stacks up neatly. Then just cut the tape, fold em and keep them for next time. LOL! DQ do all women think that way I mean, this house has us written all over it Majority of our furniture would fit just fine. BUT, the wife says, we need new furniture

We did the whole rubbermade box thing. My mom and I went out and bought like 15 of the see-thru plastic bins and slowly started moving stuff over from the old house to the new house. It worked out pretty good because we ended up using the bins after the move to store stuff in the attic and with them being see-thru you can find what your looking for a lot easier.
