Shutteye? 7S02. Roads that we just randomly turn down to see where they go cause the map shows them going somewhere? LOL Not sure where else there is to go up there. I'll bring the GPS for as much use it will be w/o roads. LOL

Purely around town I get about 13.5. Most tanks are in the 14-15 range if I get on the highway.

I've only actually had a couple tanks that were over 90% highway and both of those were 19MPG tanks (last Pismo trip and a trip up to Tracy a few months ago when all hell was breaking loose.)
Your truck isn't getting that much better then mine If I don't stand on the pedal It's the same how about towing what's it get?
I'd have to go back and figure out which trips. I think I was still up about 16-17 running up to Tracy one time. But it was with a utility trailer so there wasn't a lot wind resistance, just the weight. It's a 4.6 with 3.55 gears...it's not made for towing! LOL Though it does have the full tow package.

Ooooops, sorry guys, i just discussed one of the 2 taboo chat room topics: religion. the other is politics.
Religion causing problems on the site? No way. Never. (Just don't go and look at the Sping Zone on Wed.... )

hmm, think PSD. well, this darn camper i have is 11' 5", with an extended overhang (north/south bed). man, is it HEAVY, on a dually! and with the enclosed trailer, i'm really not much further ahead than i was with my 30' TT and quad deck. somehow, i thought i'd be a little lighter, but it's barely noticeable. only all the lost trailer/camping space is noticeable
I would postulate you'll probably even get worse mileage too. Gotta push that camper through the air. Or it might be a wash because the trailer will be in the void left by the camper. A lot of the people don't read the towing guide and notice that Ford says you have to decrease the tow capacity based on the frontal area of the trailer (I think if it's over 81 sq. ft. but I could be wrong, I have been before...shhhh)

hey Hoss, WTF RU doing posting this late? fight with the wife? she's gone out 2nite?
The wife passed out and the sheep all ran away? Actually he may have just gotten home after having to find a way around The Crator.

The Book of Job...

THERE was a man in the land of aUz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that efeared God, and eschewed evil.

And there were born unto him seven sons and three daughters.

His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses (AKA: Dancing Queen), and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.

And he loved FBK and bowed down to Hoss and gave unto him his sheep, and all was good.
