Check out marysvale.org It will connect you to the Paiute Trail and show you most of the ATV friendly towns. Great trail riding. Not a lot of technical stuff but you can ride forever and the scenery is great.

It would be nice to trade riding areas for a while. My sister lived in Forest Ranch (by Chico) and said there is endless trail riding there too.

King Polaris? Give me a break. All the Utlites have their own special qualities and qwerks. However ATV rider had a test of the big bore utilities. These were tested by 13 diffirent people. On top GRIZZLY, A close Second Rincon, Polaris 5th.
My point is not to say Polaris is a bad Machine. It is just not KING. By the way in the mud Articat Kicks A$$.

The Grizzly certainly is not king. My buddy had an '03 Grizzly, and my Sportsman is better than his in everything but all out drag racing, where it is only slightly faster, maybe 1-2 lengths at the end. My 600 can go through mud where his gets stuck, and I can pull him around the yard like it's a little mini quad. And on the trail, his is no faster than mine.

So, to be fair, there is no king, but a lot of princes. Fair enough?

You had to replying to a REALLY old post. We're not so blinding as you, as to the best King Utility Quad. We've all agreed that those test....are BS. The best KING ATV depends entirely on WHAT YOU DO. The best Quad to purchase is the Quad that has most or all of the features that YOU require for your riding.

The grizzly is the king of utility atvs. It has diff lock and high low ranges plus it will out run and out pull a polaris and a honda. The second best is the prarie 700 they will outrun and out haul all the others.

I had an arctic cat 300 but it had a suzuki motor but the tranny started to slip bad after a while. But if you wanna drag antoher atv around then arctic cats are the main men to do it. My 300 2x4 would hold a grizzly 660 in 4x4. Plus the new arctic cat 650 has a kawie engine in it and my prarie has never failed to please me yet.

Who ever said that a 700 prarie would top out at 66mph. I have a 650 prarie that will run 67 stock and the 700 has more power.

Come on dude. The Grizzly is a nice quad...it really is. But to say it outpulls? Yamaha's manufacturer recommended MAX pull weight is 1212lbs. Polaris is 1500lbs.

If you're going to spin BS, try to pick something intangible.
