Default New Grizzly

I have a 03 grizzly and have only got to ride about 3 times, today after work went down to a river bottom pretty close and after riding for a while the belt seemed to slip. I haven't been in mud or water can heat make it slip? It would slip when it started pulling good like out on the road. It will still pull a wheelie but when you get out and start getting in it thats when it happens. I have never owned anything but a honda till now I really like my grizzly so far. Any suggestions?

On the lower right side of the crank case there's a drain plug, pull it and see if you have any water in it. Just double check and see if there is water there first.
