Hauling TWO ATV's ??
#1
I just bought an older F250, a long-bed 3/4-ton "beater" dedicated to hauling my two ATV's into the mountains each weekend.
I plan to leave my trailer at home, unless I pull my little pop-up camper along.
What works best for hauling two Utility Class ATV's onboard the truck?
I've seen over-cab ramps (anybody know who makes 'em?),
side-by-side platform racks ("Ultimate", and others),
cross-bed platforms,
ramps that carry one ATV diagonally over the cab and the other in the bed,
and a setup with one-in-bed / one-on-receiver-hitch-platform setups.
Anybody have experience with any of the above?

since it's a 3/4 ton & a beater, go w/ a flatbed. if you don't like that idea, you could nearly load them both with the tailgate down, or piggyback one on the other. i saw somewhere that someone had a tailgate extension for hauling two quads end to end. i'll go back let you know if i find it.

We haul two P-650s in the back of our old truck all the time. A very inexpensive setup, requires (6) treated 2X10s and a small box of drywall screws and a few bolts and wingnuts. And the most expensive item was (2) folding aluminum ramps. If you would like to see what they look like loaded, check out the windrock folder.
