Default Belt Drive

I know a lot of belt drives that have been in the shop ,some for very expensive repairs. What does that prove? For all we know it could have been operator error or lack of maintenance that caused the problem in the first place.

Its easyer to plow snow with a auto but I think a manual will last longer , I own both and have plowed snow with both.We need snow In Utah.

The only machine that is belt driven and pushes snow should be a sled!
