starting problems

Default starting problems

Anyone had any problems staring their quad in the sub zero temps, I did till I changed plug now no problems.

tell me more about your plug change. What brand rating etc. Was it just stating improvements or staying started improvements.
I have a '03 Kodiak and it's erks me big time when it stalls on idle in cold weather.
I'm looking for a solution.

Default starting problems

I posted in the other forum for you, but i'll say it here too. Have you checked your valve clearances? How about the jetting? Replacing the plug is a good idea too. They are cheap and you can't go wrong doing that.
