Default Grinding Gears when engaging gears? HELP

Hey everyone! My Polaris Magnum (w/PVT Trans) grinds a little bit when I go to shift into gear from neutral. It seems like when its cold it doesn't do it but as it warms up it does. Any ideas on what It could be? I know someone out there has had to have this at one time or another. Thanks!!

I don't know anything about your Magnum, but is it idling too high? That will cause grinding.

High idle is what I'm thinking too. Or maybe your shift linkage is out of whack?
