I just got into riding atv's. I bought a 2000 BigBear 4x4

I've ridden it 2 times for about 10 hours at a time. Everything on it is stock, and doesnt look like it saw much riding before I got it.

Last saturday I was riding and it was emitting a little bit of white smoke from the exhaust. I guess it's also getting water into the airbox, I'm not sure where from though. But I'm guessing thats why the white smoke is coming out of the tail pipe.

I changed the oil/filter tonight and dried out the airbox and cleaned it. Started it up and it's still blowing white smoke out the tailpipe. It's idling fine as I can tell no change since I bought it.

What do I do now??

 

Welcome to the forum TxPlates. I would put this in the Yamaha area and I'll bet you any money that those guys will have an answer for you. I have not had any problem like this ever. The guys here are great and they'll get ya an answer.

check your gas, carb for water, intake hose, airbox, and also what kinds of conditions are you riding in to get water on the air filter?
