Default Bruin 350, Rancher 350, Big bear 400, What to get?

Alrighty ive come down to these 3 4-wheelers.

all 2x4's not gonna do extream wheelin this is mainly just a trail quad and gonna be going quick too , not using for work what so ever.

I hear the big bear is a bit slow so I dono aobut that havnt heard to much about the bruin but im really concidering the rancher alot the only thing I dont like about it is I cant get it in Steel Blue like I can the big bear and bruin (im in love with that color)

Do all 3 have speedo's? im pretty sure the Rancher ES has a speedo.

Also about the rancher, I searched and found the top speed is 51MPH but im pretty sure that was for a 4x4 is the 2x4 any faster (specialy with a 120-130 pound rider?)

What do you guys suggest of the 3?

(posted this here and somwhere else dono what place gets more traffic.)

I have a Big Bear and i am very pleased with it. Mine is 4wd and with 27' inch tires it tops out around 45-47 ( depends on if the wind is helping me or not ). I have a freind with a 350 Rancher 4wd 26' inch mudlites runs all of about 43. And i have no experiance with the Bruin at this time. For just riding, And Not going to the Extreme of any type I would look at the Bruin. Its Automatic, Has a very reliable engine and a good price tag as well.

The Rancher is a great machine, and the 2X4 in particular is a kick to ride. The 2X4 is geared taller than the 4X4, and so it IS faster. It is fairly sporty for a ute, but being a ute, it does have its limitations.

you should get the rancher 4x4 and a warn 2too4 kit just in case you come up on some mud my cuz has the rancher 4x4 and it is a good allround quad, honda lasts forever!
and you can pull more with a 4x4.

Not gonna be pulling at all, or doing any work with it, just going on the trails and misc paces and nothing extream not ******* it to hard lol, if I do get an automatic I might run it at full thrttole all the time.. I dono might think into getting a sport quad cause they both can do what im looking for fairly simple but the sport quad is more of a wide open type of machin imo and thats all ima do is run it wide open and sling it around on trails or open areas doing donuts, thats 1 reason I like the Rancher 2x4 it is the more sporty atv with a bigger engine than some of the sport quads I find in my price range and has a bit more luxery that I like lol.

well if your doing trail riding why wouldnt you spend the extra few hundred bucks and get the 4X4? trust me get the 4X4. 2WD machines suck for trail riding unless you have a sport quad.

Most definatly correct, 4x4 is there when you need it. say a deer or worse anothe rider runs you offf course, even at a slow pace it can happen, Having the 4x4 can really make it a shorter experience that also means more traction means you won't have to roast your tires to get back on course. And resell value

Naw dont need a 4x4, Ill always have somone to pull me out and hell if im alone I have a trail truck thats a 4x4 with a winch and tow straps... I beat the hell outta that truck on the trails so I dont care I dont need a 4x4 and its not only a few entra 100's its like around 1k more at the local dealers here...

How does the Polaris Trail Boss 350 stand up to these bikes in speed and dependability?
