While on a ride Friday One of the 500's that I ride with lost all throttle. After pulling the Side cover off ( gear shift side ) The problem turned out to be the routing of the throttle cable. It will rub against the frame untill it finally wears itself in half. There were 3 Other Sportsmans there ( same model and year ) and they were all routed the same way. Just wanted to give everyone the Heads-Up before it breaks and leaves you in the woods.
