swamped the kodiak - snorkel ?
#1
last weekend in granville ma on the pipe line came to a water hole (a swamp) well the road went through it!! so figured why not, friend driving a rancher went first got about half way through (about 125 ft) and I started after him lots of hidden objects under water. well got about 2/3 way through and went over a log after that the engine was winding out and bike was barely moving kept on the throttle and it crawled out then wouldn't move. Thought i broke something good, then remembered reading about the belts on these threads. found the drain plug and must have drained about a gallon of water out. Ops. slipped a little till it dried out. Oh and the water was up to the seat my legs got wet nealing on it..well decided to take the trail around on the way back. Thinking of snorkeling it. anyone have any tips on this and pics it would be appreciated. this is my first wheeler so I am new to this. thanks
