Yeah, the old 350 is a wet sump, and has more room for the extra oil.

A friend overfilled his wife's 400EX. We were standing around warming up her bike before a ride. I happened to notice oil pouring out from under her bike. I ran over an turned the engine off before any damage was done. The oil returning to the oil tank, blew the line off the tank. Had we started riding, I am sure she would have never noticed, and the engine would be toast!
