Default New ATV Quality

Seems like everytime i ride, something bends or breaks. So far i've bent the handlebars, rear rack, tie-rod arm, and destroyed a rim. I guess these new utility quads are not ment to be abused. I bent the tierod arm back by hand in a vise for now, but i'll have one machined.

Judging from your rim you obviously ride your machine hard. As far as the handle bars and rear rack keep the rubber side down and they'll last longer. They don't make handle bars that can support 650 lbs of utility quad. Your rims can be upgraded and I would certainly invest in the heaviest skid plates available to protect your underside. Judging from your riding style a Polaris 800 would fit your destructive needs better then the KQ. Good Luck
