I dunno if they are or not but a 850cc V twin with EFI on the current Grizzly suspension would be pretty sweet.

Somebody will, The stopping point will be price more than size. What ever they can build for 10,000 and under. With the new technology they are building more horsepower in smaller cc,s so I think it might be awhile. Also as they build bigger units their insurance goes up and that cost trickles down to us eventually.

The limit isnt currently about price, its about state laws. In the vast majority of US states anything over 800cc is considered an OHV, not an ORV. That means its in the same category as mules, rhinos, dunebuggys, pilots, oddyseys, etc. These are not typically allowed on public trails and riding areas, only open areas and designated roads.

I don't know if they are goin to make a new one or not but i imagine they will skip 700 bc its been done, equalled, and surpassed...i think 750 minimum or more like straight to 800...or mabey since size of engines are becomine more and more limited bc of 800 size limit...possible turbo 660?...interesting...
