Default brake fluid resivoir

Mine is overflowing when I pull the lever. This a brand new ozark and the dealership has it filled to the top. Should it be filled to the top, there is a mark in the sight window that says (lower) but I dont have a clue if this is where it should be or not and the owners manual only says to keep it filled. How full should it be?

There is a line a the side. Maybe you have a air pocket inside.

It seems that there should be a min and max fill level stamped somewhere on the fluid reservoir? But no, I don't think it should be filled to the top.
