If you need to go through snow and mud, get a utility, end of story.

I would say get a ute as well. I love zipping along on a sport, doing wheelies, jumps and stuff, but the ute is just more orientated for what I use the quad for. I'am planning on settling my dilema by buying a sport, so I have both. The ute I have has been great for everything I need, except for blazing speeds. Take a good look at what you will be doing with your quad most of the time, what other quads you will be riding with, and what your intentions for the future use of the quad will be. Then make an educated decision based on that info you come up with. Good luck!

really if you want to jump and have speed you need a sport but i like the wolverine because its a sport look with a 4x4 or maybe the scrambler which is a automatic

second question YES there are aftermarket part to get the performance for the quad, i suggest you find on this forum a guy that has the same quad you want and ask him what part you will need to get performance

Hope this helps

My motto is to never ride a utility anywhere I can ride a sport bike. But, mud, snow, and big rocks are the places you will not only need a utility, but a 4wd utility. At your weight, you have the advantage of going with something on the smaller side. Take a good look at the Honda Ranchers.

The Wolverine is a nice concept. It attempts to be a 4wd sport bike. I would like to see more machines in this class.

You could get the best of both worlds and get a Scrambler 4x4, part sport, part utility!
