Default what winch to buy

i bought a viper winch my brother inlaw bought a venom winch he has used his a few times with no problems.the kits both came with everything to get going winch rocker switch mount plate. it took us about 4 to get it all done, we wanted a really nice look so time wasn't an issue. the mounts will fit all winches so if it does plow soon i'll get a ramsey or warn to replace it. but venom has a nice website to ordewr replacement parts for them.

a few things for ya to know ahead of time i tried to put my contactor relay up near handle bars but to tight so i put it in rear compartment up on the left side wall. your wires have to run out of the left side of winch an not alot of wires left. also as you look up under front end you'll see 4 wire connectors looking aft i move the right 3 under the frame so they didn't hit the mount they were really tight and didn't like it. also you may want to pick up some dieelectircal grease (i believe thats what its called those connectors are not that great. also the second 1 in from the right looking aft keep it apart thats the 12 volt outlet i splice into that for the contactor that way the winch works only with key on thats choice is up to you.
