If you're talking about the billet ones on Ebay, they do not come with a spark arrestor but they tell you how to get the screen off your pipe so you can reuse it. To me, if you are going to put the screen back in it doesn't make much sense to pay $40 or 60 for that tip.
To get the screen off your stock pipe tip you just have to grind down one spot weld. If all you do is replace that tip (with or without the screen) you should not have to re-jet.

I want to put the screen back in so my exhaust is still legal and does not sound like I have no muffler.I also don`t plan on the billet one that is 43.50 american if i do buy one it will be the stainless steal one or just try and fabricate one myself.

The stainless ones on Ebay direct the exhaust into the rear fender and can melt it. The billet ones are angled down to prevent this. Just something to think about.
