Default Fuel leak on Honda 350 Rancher

Just bought a used 2002 Honda 350 Rancher and there is a fuel leak out of the bottom of the carberator. There is a hose barb fitting and a black drain hose attached to it. I know fuel is supposed to drain out but fuel is constantly leaking from this drain tube. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to fix this problem would be of great help. Thanks.

your float is stuck in down position so its telling your gas tank to dump gas into carb litely tap the bottom side of the carb were the float is it should stopif it keeps doing it ya may have to take bottom bowl off an clean it. its not hard just have to watch the tiny piece stay together

There is this stuff you can put in your tank called seafoam, you can get it at a auto supply store like car quest . this stuff really works it did for me, all you do is poor it into your gas tank and drive it around for awile its better than letting it idle. what it does is it breaks up the stuff in your carb that is making the float stick. I had to use like a whole can.Its allot easier than ripping appart the carb and less time, and you also get to have fun while your riding.
