Default Atv Forums a big help

Well, after reading all the post of everyone doing there own valve clearance adjustments, I had to figure
I was too old (63) or too numb not to give it a try. I read as many post as I could of atvers doing the adjustments
as I could. There were alot with good advice. I pulled the atv in the garage today and I will admit it took
me about 2 hours to do it. I found that the front adjustment was a bear to do. I had to break my thin
valve adjustment measure and make a do hickey to fit it between the rocker arm and the valve. Not much
room for my 10 thumbs to fit in there. The mechanics at the dealerships must have a few special tools
for these adjustments. Again thanks, I was really pleased when it started up and ran good.
