I have a honda recon and want better tires since mine are going bald. Anyway would the recon's 250cc engine be able to put mud lites on all four corners? And would there be any performance loss?

 

Depends how big the tires are that you want to put on it. I wouldnt be trying to put 26" tires on it

 

I want to put 22-8-10 on the front and 22-11-9 on the back

 

Go for it. I have a 2000 Recon with Maxxis Sur Traks on it, and they are heavier than the mud lites.
I kept the stock size and it turns them no problem.

I would do it in a heartbeat. Those tires wont effect your quad enough to notice a loss, if there is a loss at all. My buddy has one with them on all for corners and they are great!

Yes, I have them on all four tires. There isn't a huge difference in weight that your going to notice.
If your not sure don't put them on all fours and go with a regular front tire liike a, Kenda Klaw front
or a Maxxis Razr front. You don't have power to the fronts so maybe go with something that handle and track
well.
