Buying new king quad
Expect good and bad, just hope the good outweighs the bad!! Everyone is going to have their share of problems eventually. Suzuki is a nice quad, and if i were to buy a Suzuki, it would for sure be the King Quad!!! The motors and tranny are great, i just would rather have Arctic Cats suspension, and other options they offer. Good Luck!!

Congratulations on selecting the best all around big bore full featured sport ute IMO. Since you asked, many owners have found fault with the stock A-arm geometry in that for some faster riders the steering can be twitchy in fast trails. Many other riders have found fault in the low end throttle response refered to as low end lag. Depending on where and how you ride, the marginal ground clearance is sometimes an issue compared to the ACs and Grizz. The moto rags dropped the KQ from first in everything last year to 3rd behind Bomb and Rincon but these guys really have their heads where the sun don't shine as usual. None are perfect but I do believe the KQ is closest for 2006.

Congrats, V2
It's a darn good bike. I'd get another in a heartbeat.
1. Get yourself a properly oiled Twin-Air air filter immediately. Don't ride in dusty conditions until.
2. Watch yourself going into big dips at speed. The front end sticks out a fair bit past the tires and can whack the ground in certain conditions.
3. Look to Nyroc's website for tons of King Quad tips and suggestions.
4. There is a certain twitchyness in the stock front suspension configuration, probably suzuki's comprimise to get super-light steering.. It can be corrected by a little machining and shimming.
Have fun. This bike is a gas. It handles like a sport bike.
