Regarding the Bombs vrs the KQ, the KQ has much better non linked brakes, sealed inboard rear disc, real foot pegs, front diff lock, much better plastic protection, and more than enough power for 90% of the riders. I have owned Rotax engines in motorcycles and agree on their reliability but sure would not rate reliability higher than anything from H, Y, K, or S.
anything from H, Y, K, S, or AC. Thanks

Uhhh...the BF 650 isn't faster than the KQ 700 and it sure as heck don't handle as well.

For the orginal poster---I say definitely go for the KQ 700 since you are wanting the handling and are willing to sacrifice the 750's slight power edge...don't get a Grizzly 700 EFI cuz it'd be a first year machine and it'll have it's fair share of problems. I've got ~1080 miles on my KQ and I haven't had anything break or go wrong...just replace the stock filter with a Uni and it opens it up....top speed on this thing is 72/73 mph! Also the fuel economy simply blows the thristy 750 V-twin out of the water!!!

If the BF650i is faster than the BF650, than its faster than the KQ700, because stock, i can keep up with the AC700efi, which has a suzuki 700motor. The only reason the 650i is faster is because Suzuki wont steer away from that single!!

I'm not sure how accurate it is to compare this to the AC just because it has the KQ's motor...the KQ is a lot lighter than the AC and I don't think the BF650i and BF650 are any different speed wise they have the same engine...
And I know from experience that the 650 isn't faster than my KQ..it has slightly better low end but after the 9 mph lag I'm gone so it's faster 95% of the powerband.

The BF650 SRA will beat the KQ700. That is a fact, so I know the BF650i will beat it. This is not up for debate, I have experienced it, seen it, and heard KQ owners admit it.

The KQ is an excellent bike and has some advantages over the BF, I would definatly reccomend it to anyone, but in a heads up BF650 vs KQ700 drag race the BF650 will win.

By the way........ the BF650 and BF650i motors are different......... lighter crank, carbs from BF750, etc.......

One question also, why are you hanging off the back of that KQ so you can ride a wheelie? I just sit on myne like normal and give it some gas and here the front end comes. LOL!

Alright. Well I was told that the 650i had different carbs, and was faster than the 650. And from your post, that your quad does 72-73mph, than it is a little faster at top end. Ive hit 71 one time, but can hit 68-70 consistently. But i know the V-Twins have more low, and midrange than a single 700, efi or not. The AC dealer himself, told me that kawis 650 motor is a little more snappy halfway throught the powerband, than Suzukis 700. I think Suzukis Kingquad is a great machine, and i looked at them, so dont think i dislike suzuki.

Over on Nyrocs ATV forum it definitely isn't a known fact...and also you have a Dyna CDI so you don't have a stock 650 that's probably why you beat a KQ with it's detuned low end lag from 0-9 mph (just an idea??). But honestly I could care less because if I have a "need for speed" I don't ride my 600lb ute I get out my YZ 250. Oh and I sit like that on my KQ because..plain and simple the KQ's low end sucks and it's impossible to pull a wheelie while sitting down...there you happy now?

Because the BF doesnt seem to work as well for what I am using it for as compared to the KQ.
