Try posting in the Polaris forum, better chance of getting a hit maybe. You might consider buying a shop service manual for your machine, sounds like you are going to need it.

Need Help with Fiulds in my Polaris 500HO
I have already tryed. Polrais only indicates the brand name of the fluid and not he oil type or weight! If I was in the woods and needed oil, I would be out of luck!
