I wait until its time for a service and then my dealer does it. I'll check with those guys and see what they use cuz they really do a nice job of it.

I wouldn't use dish soap. Ivory liquid and Dawn and Joy and those are actually pretty harsh detergents. You NEVER use those kinds of soaps on your car so I can't think they'd be good on your quad either. I use the same stuff I use on my vehicles. I'd have to look at the specific brand but it is a car type of soap that doesn't strip wax or anything. I think the last stuff was rain dance or something. I'd be even more careful about what I washed it with if I had a camo finish. Definitely a quality mild car soap in that case and no pressure washer. I'd hate to see a big ten inch wide 18 inch long slice of my brand new ATVs wicked cool camo finish go sailing off into 4 winds because I'd softened it up with dish soap and then scraped it off with a pressure washer. That's just the kind of dumb *** trick I'm renowned for.

Hell the only time I clean mine is when I plan on cranking some wrenches (nobdy like working on a dirty machine [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] I am with tencubed let it rain or be drove through a river and call it good.

i'm on board with rancher i usually launch it in a ditch full of water and call it good. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] but then i have to clean the axles sometimes which isn't so bad.
