Yup, thats what I was trying to say ILOVEYAMAHA. It is definitely worth the drive for a better dealer. Our local Polaris dealer replaced a frayed belt for me on a Sportsman I owned a few years ago. When I picked up the ATV he charged me full price for the belt and labor. Whatever happened to the lifetime belt warranty on that ATV? He refused to turn in the claim for warranty because the belt was only frayed, and not broken. I haven't bought a Polaris sense, because our local dealer isn't someone I want to take an ATV to for service or repairs.

Note to all of you who don't like your dealer:
Do the dealer, the manufacturers, and all of us a favor and tell him why you're not going to do business with him any more. If we all did that, we could get honest and reasonable results from them eventually. Why would someone try to be a better dealer if they already thought they were? A good business is always interested in an honest/thoughtful opinion if they think it can help them.
This does not mean we expect the dealer to give the store away, but to be competent, honest and fair. Of course, we have to be that way, too.
