what exactly does a new axle do? what are the advantages of getting a new one? i know i cant get one for mine which would be pointless anyway but whats the point on a bigger quad?

Well, on Polaris the main advantage is tougher CV's, which also allow more angle. On other quads the Gorilla's shaft is larger in diameter than OEM, and of course tougher CV's aswell!

yep ive broke many stock ones. big mud tires. and power just dont mix sometimes. the gorillas have bigger heavier cv's. and they dont break. well dont break as easy..the stock cv's are small on most atv,s. so by puting in tougher axles. u dont have the chance to break them when ur in those big mud holes. with ur 28" or so tires on it. just another thing we need. like more power. bigger, taller. it just never ends.
