I just bought a 2005 kodiak 450 for 5200. It is in show room shape with only 4 miles and 8 hours on it.. I this a good deal?

 

Great Machine! Basically you got it for the Left-over price... Was it from a Dealer? Did they offer any warranty? I would say the 4 miles where from moving in and out of the shop for show each day... I bought my 2007 Grizzly 450 (Same as IRS Kodiak 450's - 2005 and 2006 models I believe) brand new out the door for $6000 (MSRP of $6299) One thing you probably won't like too much is the stock tires. Yamaha finally listened to all the complaints and installed some decent Maxxis tires on the 2007 Grizzly 450. So far I only have gotten stuck in real gooey mud... The stick to rocks when climbing..

Sounds like a decent deal for what's basically a new atv. I was able to get my '07 for $5299 OTD...love it so far.
